These terms apply to Terzetto HQ services and Terzetto-owned products, including Storlio where applicable.
Services provided
Terzetto provides technology and digital growth tools, including web applications, business automation, e-commerce systems, API integrations, growth workflow setup, and product development.
Advertising results are not guaranteed
Terzetto and Storlio may support promotion setup, campaign workflow management, and reporting, but ads results are not guaranteed. Performance depends on product quality, budget, market conditions, platform policies, targeting, creative, and merchant information.
Accurate business and product information
Users and merchants must provide accurate business details, product information, pricing, availability, contact information, and any required account authorization. Misleading or false information may result in suspension or refusal of service.
Prohibited or misleading products
Prohibited, illegal, deceptive, harmful, counterfeit, or misleading products and services are not allowed. Merchants are responsible for ensuring their products, storefronts, and promotion requests comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.
Connected accounts
Users may connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage. Terzetto may limit, pause, or disconnect workflows when policy, security, or authorization concerns arise.
